Glossary

Persistent Channel
JMF Query and JMF Command Messages are subscribed for using Subscription Elements. There are two types of Persistent Channels: One for JMF Signals (Persistent Channel for Signals) and one for JMF Commands (Persistent Channel for Commands). (Source: JDF Spec. 1.4a)
